“It’s weird, I went from hating numbers and having no clue about a business plan, to really clinging to my business plan like a fuzzy blanket and finding so much comfort in it, making it into a chart that I look at AT LEAST weekly.
 
It is somewhat similar to driving in heavy fog. When it’s really foggy, I hate to drive slower, so I don’t go super slow, I just cling to the white line like my life depends on it. Sometimes you can only see a couple yards in front of you, so you just cling to that white line for what’s RIGHT in front of you. Sometimes you can see a little further out and you may speed up a bit, but still use the white line as your guide.
 
I have found my business plan to be very much like that white line.”
