At the October 2025 LQM I was asked to host a special workshop exclusively for PI law firm owners meant to help you: 
 1.) Squeeze more revenue from each of your cases.
 2.) Accelerate cash flow through your business.
 3.) Improve predictability of revenue and expenses 6, 12 & 18 months in advance.
 Each participating firm may bring 2 representatives who each have a big, vested interest in the success of the business and the sanity of its Owner(s). 
It would be a smart move to bring your firm's PLA or a trusted paralegal.
It may be an even smarter move to bring the Owner's spouse or significant other, so they can have a better appreciation for what it really takes to make a personal injury law firm profitable.
